SingMeng Telemedia LTD, established in 2012,which is an operator based in Singapore and has a registered capital of 100 million US dollars. We provides a one-stop overall information solution including: telecommunications services, system integration services ( ICT\IOT), mobile Internet services, Internet media information and other comprehensive services.

SingMeng has about 6,600 kilometers of optical fiber network in Cambodia. The optical fiber network has covered 25 provinces and cities and 90% of the population, and has an international gateway that connects the world. SingMeng has complete qualifications and holds qualifications such as DTT / OTT / ISP / VoIP. We also is  the first 4K quality TV provider in Cambodia, the only OTT TV service provider, and the only triple play operator in Cambodia.

SingMeng provides four types of services to C-end home users, B-end government and enterprise users, and operators: basic telecommunications services, value-added ICT services, pan-value-added ICT services, and data center IDC services.

Career Opportunity

Position Hired:   Senior Power System, ( Khmer / English / Chinese )
Basic Salary:   Negotiable
Office Location:   Phnom Penh
Schedule:   8 AM Till 5:30 PM
Responsibility:  

•Monitors and inspects power maintenance activities

•Tracks and updates power database

•Proposes additional power requirement

•Analyses and proposes the budget for power equipment

•Prepares scopes, budgets, and schedules for assignments. Develops and maintains project deliverableslists for all active projects

•Create the weekly and monthly reporting requirements for our internal and external customers, aswell as KPI reporting.

•Other responsibilities as assigned.

Requirement:  

•Degree in Electrical, Electronic & Energy Engineering or related fields

•At least 2 years experienced in power system of telecom field

•Relevant technical skills and knowledge may include power system analysis

•Hands-on development of industrial power electronics such as power supplies, AC-DC, DC-DCconverters, battery and generator

•Knowledge of power quality meters, trip units, protective relays and UPS

•Knowledge of troubleshooting, test and repair techniques.

•Setup power of datacenter or pop

•Be able to work individually

•Strong communication and organizational skills to successfully project and team work.

•Good at both Khmer and English

Position Hired:   HR Executive, ( Khmer / English / Chinese ). Phnom Penh
Basic Salary:   Negotiable

Schedule:   8 AM Till 5:30 PM
Responsibility:  

•    Recruitment & development on recruitment and selection function
•    Develop weekly and monthly reports for recruitment department
•    Employee leaves, OT and attendance management system.
•    Employee transfer and promotion processing and recording
•    Employee Business Trip Management
•    Keep updating the employee master list
•    Perform other tasks assigned by manager and top management

Requirement:  

•    Proven working experience in retail HR Function.
•    Bachelor’s Degree in human resources, business administration, finance or related field.
•    Effective communicator, both verbally and written in English or Chinese is prefer.
•    A proven leader with strong interpersonal skills keen to motivate and effectively educate and connect department managers and employees regarding all HR matter.

Responsibility:  

❖Provides answers to clients by identifying problems; researching answers; guiding client through corrective steps. 
❖Accommodates client disabilities by recommending devices and techniques. 
❖Maintains client confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential. 
❖Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. 
❖Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports. 
❖Walk staff or clients through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the phone, to help set up systems or resolve issues. 
❖Rapidly establish a good working relationship with customers and other professionals, such as software developers 
❖Conduct electrical safety checks on computer equipment.

Requirement:  

❖At least 2 or 3-year experience. 
❖Excellent listening and questioning skills, combined with the ability to interact confidently with clients to establish what the problem is and explain the solution

Schedule:   8:00AM Till 5:30PM
Responsibility:  

-    Follow the Sale supervisor to perform the channel sales / direct sales for marketing strategies
-    Achieve annual sales target assigned to team and individual. Improve market coverage
-    Maintain and develop good relationship with customers
-    Understanding of customer’s requirements to provide satisfaction services to customers
-    Provide required reports and planning as well as sales forecasts
-    Monitor and report market activities and industry trends
-    Look for new projects / follow up projects
-    Handle customers’ payments
-    Undertake and perform other duties as assigned by Sales Manager

Requirement:  

-    Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing
-    Experiences in ISP, Telecom operator or TV service provider are highly preferred.
-    Confident, Perseverance, Excellent Interpersonal skills
-    Willing to accept challenges and work under pressure
-    Be able to traveling to other provinces and field works if needs
-    Native Khmer speaking. Proficiency bilingual in Khmer/Chinese or Khmer/English are preferable
-    Having personal motorbike
